One Performance is growing, and we’re looking for a Clinic Lead Physiotherapist to help build and lead our Vancouver location.
This is for a clinician who wants to continue treating patients while taking the next step into leadership, mentorship and clinic development.
You’ll help lead and develop our clinical team, build a strong culture, drive exceptional patient care and play a key role in growing our Vancouver clinic.
Work within a performance-focused environment with a high-performance gym, turf and industry-leading sports science technology.
Clinic Lead → Clinic Director → Regional Director → Junior Partner
We’re looking for someone with high standards who loves developing others and wants to help build something bigger than their own practice.
