Elevate your game with our Lacrosse-Strong Program, a 6 week intensive program, designed to prepare Professional athletes for their season in the National Lacrosse League and collegiate/elite athletes to their top-level competitions.
This program is strategically timed to conclude just as training camps begin, giving you a competitive edge.

Performance Optimization:
Focused on enhancing your athletic abilities with plyometrics, power-based drills, sport-specific training, strength, agility, and speed work to get you in peak condition.
Expert Guidance:
Work with a team of elite coaches, including performance specialists, who collaborate closely with our rehabilitation team to address any nagging injuries, optimize biomechanics, and build resilience.
Targeted Outcomes:
Aim to distinguish yourself from your peers, secure a spot on the first line of play, or be selected for the touring team. This program is designed to help you avoid injuries and stand out in your upcoming season.
Ideal for Professional and Collegiate athletes (17+) preparing for their training camps or season, though we are also making this opportunity accessible to younger athletes aiming to advance their game.

Matt Holtzmann
Performance Coach
With nearly 20 years of experience working with high performance athletes of varying backgrounds, Matt brings a unique combi- nation of skills to his training sessions.
With a particular interest in working with grassroots and professional hockey players, Matt is a specialist in sports performance, rehabilitation, and multi-directional sports with a focus on strength, power, speed and of course, “mindset”.
Josh Neumann
Kinesiologist
Josh’s experiences with athletes goes beyond the gym to the lacrosse box and field.
He was the head coach of the Delta Lacrosse Academy from 2012 to 2018 where he was responsible for developing student athletes to play Junior and Collegiate lacrosse.
Josh also coached Team BC to a national championship in 2008.
Erik Torchia
Sports Physiotherapist
Erik has played a significant role in the lacrosse community, demonstrating his passion and commitment. Currently, he serves as the Lead Therapist with SFU Lacrosse, and a consultant to a variety of professional and national level athletes.
His past roles included Lead Therapist roles with Vancouver Stealth, Lead Therapist Vancouver Warriors, and Chief Therapist with Xtreme Lacrosse League and Arena Lacrosse League West.

Sports Physiotherapist
Chris served as the rehab physio for the Vancouver Warriors professional lacrosse team from 2021-2023, and currently works with a number of amateur, and professional national level athletes.
Chris has a passion to help athletes in all sports, from amateur to professional, rehab from their injuries, to help prevent further injuries, and to excel at their sport.
