Braeden Allemann

Braeden Allemann

Kinesiologist

BKin, BCAK

Braeden earned his degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia while competing for the Thunderbirds varsity Baseball team from 2014-18.

During his time at UBC, Braeden realized the growing need for coaches that effectively bridge the communication gap between athletes, performance coaches, and rehab professionals. He decided to try to fill that niche. Braeden has a life-long passion for baseball, and a more recently discovered passion for teaching people how to use movement of their bodies as medicine. His end goal is not to have athletes/patients become reliant upon him, but rather to promote curiosity, and help each individual to become their own best coach by teaching them long term exercise strategies, and principles of human movement. Braeden is also currently in his 2nd year as the pitching coach of the Douglas College Baseball Team (NJCAA)… let’s go Royals!

Areas of interest – long-term athlete development (LTAD), active mobility, strength/power/speed development, team sports, mental training, rotational sports, overhead sports, motor vehicle accident recovery, return to sport.
