Kid & Youth Strong Program

Designed for future athletes.

KidStrong (Ages 8–12) and YouthStrong (Ages 13–17) are foundational strength and movement programs designed by the performance team at One Performance Institute — a high-performance facility trusted by provincial, national, and professional athletes across Canada.

This 6-week program offers a structured, positive, and progress-driven entry into performance training. From lifting technique and plyometrics to movement mechanics and athletic skill exposure, we teach athletes how to train smart, move well, and build confidence — all in an environment where fun meets fundamentals.

Whether it’s their first time stepping into a gym or they’re preparing for their next season, this is where the journey starts.

This isn’t sport-specific — it’s movement-first, skill-based training
that transfers to any sport and every athlete.

Program Details

Start: October 20th
Duration: 6 weeks / 12 Sessions
Days: Monday & Thursdays
Time: 4 – 5 pm
Session Length: 60 minutes
Group Size: 3–6 athletes (p/group)
Cost: $25 p/session ($300 total)
> $50 off for early sign-ups

Program Goals

By the end of the 6 week block, your athlete will:

1. Enjoy training and stay engaged through structure and games
2. Build movement mechanics for running, jumping, and change of direction
3. Gain confidence and safety with lifting technique
4. Learn how to warm up effectively for sport
5. Develop athletic literacy and performance habits that last

We loosely group into 8–12 (KidStrong) and 13–17 (YouthStrong), but placement is based on movement maturity, not just age.
