Role description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a physiotherapist focused on performance and rehabilitation. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment and performance plans for patients. Day-to-day clinical work typically includes providing physiotherapy, interventions, monitoring progress, collaborating with other practitioners, and supporting clients with education related to injury management, prevention, and long-term health.

Qualifications:
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and development of evidence-based treatment plans
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication with other healthcare professionals
• Experience in patient education and preventive health strategies
• Demonstrated understanding of sport, performance, and rehabilitation planning, including load management, program design, and return-to-play considerations
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and integrated performance environment
Preferences:
• 3–5 years of experience in orthopaedic and sport physiotherapy
• Completion of AIM Level 3 (Upper and/or Lower) or working toward FCAMPT designation
• Certified in dry needling, IMS, or acupuncture
• Background in strength and conditioning, kinesiology, or applied sport science
• Progressing toward or completion of the Sport Certificate or Sport Diploma with Sport Physiotherapy Canada
• Driven to build and engage a performance-focused caseload within the community
• Interest in contributing to internal education opportunities and collaborative case discussions
